They shortened my suit jacket sleeves within the time they said they would (2 and a half days), for a fair price, and were always friendly in my short interactions with them when dropping off and picking up. The work was also good quality - they shifted the buttons and lining as well. I do wish they had given me a ticket or something to verify that I handed it over to them when I dropped it off, but I picked it up without issue with just my name so no problem.
