1 Year later and my original rating stands firm. These folks are top notch! Our water pressure was horrible and now it's dreamy. Derrek and Alan were purely sublime. Super friendly, very professional. These guys made sure everything was taken care of and fixed a couple of things I didn't think of being fixed today. They're worth every penny, for the work they do will LAST.
Cascade is the third plumbing firm we had out to diagnose our problem. It was a BIG problem and an urgent problem. They came late in the day, determined to find a solution, and they did.
They clearly showed us the problem. They are professional, efficient, & patient in answering questions. They were the BEST of the plumbers and they charged the least of the plumbers we had out trying to fix our problem. Wish we could give them a ten star rating!
If you want things done right, hit these guys up. Extremely honest and trustworthy.
Had an issue that turned out to be roots grown into the pipe leading to my septic tank. They sent out Derek (iirc) and he was great. He worked very efficiently and was very up front about pricing, which was VERY refreshing given my previous experience with plumbers. He found the issue in like 15 minutes and had it fixed within a few hours. The prices were very reasonable.
