Carolina Veterinary Hospital of Sanford, PC offers exceptional veterinary care. The staff is incredibly caring and accommodating. The hospital can rapidly accommodate emergencies and has been commended for their thoughtful handling of pet cremations, providing meaningful mementos to grieving owners. The owner helps her community and never turns away a wounded animal, trying to find a foster before sending them to LCAS. It is refreshing to have the DR come in and explain issues, giving the owner all the info. Costs are explained up front. This clinic understands what pets mean to people. The attentiveness and care is wonderful.
I recently transferred care for my three cats to this clinic and have been very happy with all of their services. For years, I believe one of them had asthma despite bloodworks and X-rays my previous vet did not prescribe any medication or believe she had asthma.
On my first visit here after an X-ray it was confirm my cat did indeed have asthma. I now have a rescue inhaler for her after 6 years. I highly recommend this clinic for vet care!
As someone who works in healthcare I appreciate that the staff is always so polite and friendly despite how busy they are. ♥️
I've recently started to come here, but it's thanks to the Carolina Veterinary Hospital team that I can monitor the health of my two cats without worries, including one I adopted from the local shelter that the Carolina Veterinary Hospital had under medical foster this year. Whenever I call, they'll do their best to assist me with the issue I call in about, or answer my questions to the best of their knowledge when I'm there for an appointment or visit. They have even managed to squeeze me into a last-minute time slot on their busy weeks before! They haven't brushed off any concerns I have during my visit and are easy to talk with regarding my pets' health.

I brought my sweet boy here on the recommendation of a friend because he is dealing with bladder stones. From the moment I walked in the calm energy and welcoming faces were a relief. I am incredibly anxious about my cats care and options available. Dr. Davis spent almost an hour with me answering every question I had and loving on my boy the whole time without making me feel rushed or dismissing my concerns the way my previous vet has.
