This whole team is fantastic! I mostly saw Caroline and Keith, but everyone was super kind and helpful. The exercises were tailored to my back pain and truly helped. I am extremely thankful for all the amazing care I received ❤️
Keith, Zack, and all the staff are amazing.I tore my ligaments in my right ankle. They were able to get me walking, running ,and driving again!!! I am back to full strength . It is all because of them !!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them .
The therapists at Benchmark are nothing short of great! I was initially evaluated by Zack for severe headaches and neck and shoulder pain after a MVA that left me with a TBI. Keith became my therapist and was so kind and encouraging. Unfortunately, due to complications from the injuries, my doctors agreed that I should not continue with P/T at this time. If and when I can return to P/T, it will definitely be with the wonderful staff at Benchmark in Sanford, NC.
