Carolina Custom Comfort is outstanding. Pete and his assistant quickly diagnosed and fixed an A/C problem in 10 minutes, replacing a bad capacitor. They are very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. The team has replaced two HVAC units and does bi-annual service checks. They are efficient, timely, and a pleasure to work with. Pete calls to give a heads up when he is on his way. He arrived when he said he would, and the office manager was kind and helpful. Pete quickly diagnosed a faulty unit in less than 30 minutes, requiring Freon and a new capacitor. Upfront pricing and explanation of the diagnosis were appreciated. For 15 years, they have been the heat and a/c go-to team, always solving problems and being cost effective. Highly recommend Carolina Custom Comfort for any HVAC needs.
Sherry, Pete, and the entire Carolina Custom Comfort team were wonderful to work with. We had an issue with one of our HVAC units that required several service visits, and they were incredibly diligent in working through the problem until they identified the root cause and got it resolved.

My A/C stopped blowing cold during the heat wave. I have a home warranty and was a little worried after reading these reviews, but I had a great experience. The guy that came out diagnosed and fixed by bad capacitor on site in 10 minutes and was very nice. He had good equipment. Make sure you have a max plan of your home warranty and read the fine print. It was also fixed 2 days after I called which wasn’t bad.
Pete and Carolina Custom Comfort are outstanding. They have replaced two HVAC units at my house and do my bi- annual HVAC service checks. They are efficient and timely and a pleasure to work with.
