UFP Packaging is a reliable company praised for its friendly and efficient service. Customers note the fast loading process, with flatbeds loading on the north side of the building and a clearly marked shipping entrance. Nice folks, fast loading. Flatbeds load on the north side of the building. Shipping/receiving office is inside about 2/3 of the way down the dock, under a green Exit sign on the south side of the building.
Shipping entrance is clearly marked. Easy check-in. They're strict on appointments for deliveries but not strict on appointments for pick-ups. I arrived around 9:30am for my 2pm appointment. I was loaded and rolling out at 11am.
I have been dealing with UFP now for over 5 years buying flatbed loads of lumber that I use in my in-house skid room to build skids and frame tops. Service has always been excellent, both in dealing with Brad as well as the customer service folks there. Normally I give them a week's notice on orders but there have been several times when I needed something in a day or two and they have always been able to pull it off.
