Dr. Tibbs and staff have been taking care of me for years. The staff is always welcoming and make sure I am comfortable during treatment. He has always listened to my concerns and provided personalized treatment with excellent results.
They got me in fast. Accepted my UHC insurance as in network. They were friendly, thorough and affordable. I had to have x-rays and 2 extractions. Everything went well. They ended up referring me to a specialist for some extensive work but I will then be alternating between the two for standard cleanings. I have referred them to others as they immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr Todd was upfront and honest about my needs and not trying to just get me to spend more money with him.
My family and I have been with Dr. Tibbs since 2011. Marla, Susie and Amanda are so kind, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Tibbs is very efficient, professional and has a friendly family oriented office atmosphere. Very welcoming and will make you feel at ease if your nervous in a dental office environment.
