If you’re on duty logbook avoid getting trapped here, they don’t care about your time wasted, and then why would they? They’re paid per hour not per mile or units serviced!Boycott all the Loves shops if possible!
I literally called this place less than 30 minutes ago on 03/09/24 @ 1430 about having a tire changed and a balancing on my steers. They said no one was in line that they could get me in and out. I pull in and now they tried to tell me tomorrow morning would be the earliest. People here are stupid and will waste your time.
Got to be the worst service I have ever had in 35 years of driving. The second shift mechanic was so lazy and worthless that I will never give them my service. He was incompetent and rude to myself and other customers. He said he has been a mechanic for 8 years but I wouldn’t ever hire him. Lazy lazy lazy.
