Great customer service performance! This was definitely one of the good truck service locations. I checked in around noon Tuesday for a water pump check to find out it was leaking within an hour after checking in. Found a off market park in Charlotte and had me back into the shop next morning at 630am. They had me taken care of by 930am and back on the road at 10am. (Replaced fender as well) The gentleman running this shop were extremely professional and truly amazing with with drivers. Thanks Loves care shop.

This shop doesn’t deserve a single star. I called ahead before coming in for a PM service and was clearly told they were free and had all the necessary parts, including the correct oil and filters. That was a lie.
I arrived less than 10 minutes later and was immediately told to “just wait” with no explanation. For over 4 hours, they kept saying “right now” and “just a second,” without pulling my truck into the bay. After wasting half my day, once I finally got into the bay, they suddenly admitted they did not have the correct oil or fuel filters in stock.
