These guys are AMAZING! I don’t know how I lived in Salisbury for years and never came across this shop. I was in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and literally the night before my car started making a terrible screeching sound like I was driving over metal. Having had bearing/control arm replacement in the past I feared it was the same issue. My fiancé googled mechanics that were open and Rowan auto popped up. I called and explained the issue and even though they were closing in an hour the guy said he would take a look for me. This shop is easily the most friendly, professional, and affordable shop around. I brought my car in for new brakes and thought I needed all 4 brakes and rotors replaced. Some shops would do this and not even check that all 4 needed replaced. Rowan Auto only replaced 2 of my brakes, and fixed another ongoing issue without me even having to ask. My car drives wonderfully now. Don’t hesitate to use them for service! They are wonderful.
I have always brought my car here to get work done to it. They are very friendly and professional. They are also very experienced and very trustworthy. I would recommend this shop to anyone! I give them an A++
