Luckily to my surprise, this was the greatest decision I have ever made. I’ve found phenomenal relief to my left hip that even my obgyn could not help me with. Any woman who has had a child please give them a try. The core technique’s that Kim has provided me with are a complete 10 *chef’s kiss*! Not only am I pain free but also trimming inches to my waist and stronger in the gym. Every staff member I have encountered are a delight to work with. Starting with Faith, getting me set up with my first appointment, and then working with Kim and Mark for PT. I’m so grateful to work with professionals willing to help me meet my needs.“
