A kind gentleman this morning in a Makson work truck by the name of Hunter Ballard stopped to help me and my son when a kitten had climbed inside the motor of my car. Had it not been for him telling us to pop the hood, we would have never found this baby or it could have been killed! So thank you Hunter for taking an extra minute to help us on your busy morning journey! Makson- you have a compassionate employee!
I live in Cortland Olde Raleigh and Michael was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained why the sprinkler heads needed to be replaced and made sure I understood the work being done. Great service and communication!
I have worked in multifamily housing for many years and Makson has always been our go to! Zach Y. is always up for a challenge and has helped us in a bind SO many times! He has always been willing to go above and beyond to help us get things sorted out in a timely manor and is always pleasant to work with!
