For perspective, a little back story. We have a wonderful real estate agent, Victor Poplin, that we have used for many years, whom we trust and respect. My wife and I are close to retirement and had reached out to our real estate agent to look at properties outside of the Salisbury City limits. After about 9 months of looking, our agent, knowing how particular we are, suggested that we build and get exactly what we want.
