I had this company come out and give me a quote. Upon arrival the owner seemed aggravated like he did not want to be at my residence. Quickly did my quote with very little questions or answers. Refused to take any of my thoughts into consideration. Suggested what he felt was best for me Not what I wanted or I was comfortable with. Quote was higher than originally discussed. Had concerns about finished products. When I tried to address my problems. Owner made appointments and did not show up I tried to call no one would answer went to the office and I was avoided. or owner was not there. After I paid in full he promised all problems would be fixed and still refuses to answer my phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone they have poor workmanship.
My hardwood floors look amazing. They did great work in a timely manner and communicated well. I would highly recommend them.
