At the end of 2024, met with Gary to review an expenses vs income worksheet For a sanity check to plan to retiring and how to time steps such as moving money from IRA to 401k short term investment to then pay off home in order to set up a Reverse Mortgage as retirement failsafe, etc. ---Gary ran a couple of comparative analysis to help me with timing and optimizing my plan.
