My main goal as a nail technician is to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible before, during, and after their service(s). To achieve customer satisfaction, I also feel I must communicate swiftly with current and potential clients. Last but not least my goal is to make sure to care for the natural nails as well as feet and offer recommendations for products and/or maintenance tips for longevity.
