After contacting Homeserve Insurance who selected Spangler for the inspection, Carl and his crew did a thorough search to find a suspected water leak on our property or in the house. When nothing was found to account for higher than normal water bills, Carl recommended a pressure tank to be installed on water heater and a pressure relief valve to be installed on the main line. These improvements seem to have taken care of the problem.
Everything Carl did was explained completely and clearly. Although our insurance did not cover work to the interior of the house, it was worth it to have a professional job done at our expense.

We hired Spangler to replace our defective water heater in our "Tiny Home." Colby and Conner arrived and were very efficient, informative and professional. I had already gotten approval from the local hardware store to replace the water heater. They drained and removed the defective water heater, took it to the hardware store, and returned with the new one. The installation was performed in a timely manner, with Colby explaining everything he was doing throughout the process. They assured that the job was done properly and was up to code when they were finished.
