Wonderful service. We got our new heating and cooling unit from them and it is fantastic. We get services done by them as well, cleaning and also maintenance when needed. We had an issue just the other day when our alternate heat wasn't triggering. A gentleman and his son showed up to work on it; first of all, the service technician was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly enjoys what he does.
His son was attentively learning, and assisted in every step. Both of them are pillars of the community, and helped us get our heat back (it was my thermostat, not the unit we bought from them).
Such fast service!!! Called at 9:15, had appointment at 2:30 Service Tech Ben called at 10:05 said he could be here in 10 minutes. He arrived with his helper and in a matter of 10 minutes i was in the cool again!!! This business is definitely small town friendly and well worth the wait if you have too...Thanks Pritchard Heating and COOLING!!!!!!

They do our bi-anual service on our HVAC. They have also responded to three or so service calls. Their service technicians are very prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. I had an instance where I needed their service, and we couldn't be home. I allowed them entry to our home while we were away. We came home to a functioning HVAC system and a nice note letting me know what they had done. This says it all do yourself a favor get on their client list so when it's freezing or over a 100 and your system says nope.
