Rich is amazing. He found a loose wire in SECONDS. When I think of the frustration I had loading a mower on my trailer that didn't run and the mower wasn't even parked yet. He joked with me, "I thought you said this didn't run."
Rich is great and very knowledgeable on small engine repair. Referencing the other guys review, Rich has been blind since he started the business, shaming a guys handicap is a low blow and the review should be reviewed. Not cool.
Rich does awesome repairs! He Certainly knows what hes doing! have always enjoyed being around him. Both my sons Josh & Mikey worked here as teenagers & both think the world of Rich.
