Josh was great to work with and communication was easy. I even added new work mid job and that was not no problem with them. “Quality of the compost product I received is a 2 at best.It looks nice, but is closer to mulch than compost. After getting it the smell is very bad and stuck on my hands and clothes. The smell was like that of a sewage treatment plant, leading me to call to ask if sewage sludge was used. The smell is present from a considerable distance. The person I spoke with could not give any info on what was in the compost or where it came from. There was also random garbage present (small garbage) in it and a heavy supply of wood chips. I understand the supply has been difficult to get this year for the demand, so I am hoping this is abnormal. It's disappointing I can't actually use this.The staff, however, was very nice. The only bad point was not getting any answers on the compost nor solutions to fix the issue. They were friendly on the phone, in person, and will work with what you have to haul with. It's clear they are trying to keep up with demand for the community, which I appreciate during these times. I would just closely check the quality before you buy and avoid the compost for now.“
