I have worked with Essential Property Management for several years as a homeowner and Board member in a community that they manage. EPM, and specifically Julie Gonzalez, is knowledgeable, responsive and gets the work done with extremely high quality. EPM has been extremely helpful in managing our community to keep it a beautiful place that my family enjoys. As a Board member, EPM has been crucial in managing the finances, covenants and restrictions and treating neighbors fairly. EPM has historical information and has helped our Board significantly over the years. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

EPM has managed our development for the last 15 years and I have interacted with Julie Gonzales for the past 9 years. She supports the Board of Director members to ensure they are following the Covenants, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations. She provides Board members with ample guidance, helping them become more effective in their roles. Julie consistently addresses all issues in a timely manner and understands property laws and industry best practices.
