“Full disclosure, I am not a patient here, but I still had a wonderful experience lol. I called this office for a non biased answer to a question/problem I was having and I wasn’t fully trusting the answer (or rather non answer) that my current provider gave me. I spoke with Rachel who was very knowledgeable and helpful and was so kind to me. She did not have to do this because I am not a patient there, and I’m sure she had other work and patients to handle, but she patiently and clearly explained what was possibly happening with my contacts and gave me great advice (not medical advice, just recommended that I wait a few days to allow my eyes to adjust, and then call my provider). I think it takes a special person and a skilled provider to go that extra mile. I might try Triad for my next appointment. THANK YOU RACHEL!“

Not only did they find an emergency pair for me, but they gave them to me for FREE! Now, I don’t expect that they go around giving away free stuff all the time, but I do know that it shows they are particularly sensitive to their clients’ need and are willing to do anything to help. I would HIGHLY recommend.“
