“After 15 years with the same stylist that cut my hair, she retired. I knew sooner than later this would happen and I would again be faced with seeking out someone new to cut my hair. Nearly 9 weeks passed and I was way over due for a fresh cut. Honestly, the thoughts of beginning to find someone new seemed daunting , therefore I procrastinated. The main reason was the concern that I would land a terrible cut, which coming from someone that is particular about their hair this was a big deal. Lol. I think it’s fair to say that I reviewed 50+ barbers/ salons in the area. I looked at their websites, read reviews and looked at photos. I was looking for more than just a barber I was looking for an experience and a barber that was an artist at their skill. I wanted someone that felt comfortable in their craft that would spend the time creating a cut that fit what I was seeking while also recommending what would work the best overall for thinner hair and shape of head etc. I also never had the experience of a beard trim and straight razor hot shave , so this too was on the list of services I was looking for. Finally after much searching I felt sure that I was making a solid decision on Chip Greer to make this change a reality. Wow, not only did I get an amazing detailed haircut I got an experience. The hot shave was awesome and the results was a clean straight line shave along with a perfect trimmed and shaped beard. Part of this experience was meeting the master himself, Chip. After 5 minutes of introductions I already knew I was in for a treat. Chip is a great conversationalist and gentlemen. You can tell he takes pride in his craft and pays great attention to detail to the overall experience you get. Needless to say I will be booking my next appointment. Chip, Thank you!“
