Was a lot of hidden fees that my realtor had to catch. Told them we traveled for work and needed to make sure paperwork was 100% before leaving their office. 2 weeks later called us to come back to file paper work again. Then said oh yall missed your first payment of $226. Then I find out after paperwork said and done it's 9% interest rate. Would be good to know at the beginning. Watch out for them, they sneaky

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Farm Credit & Ellie (Loan Officer) during the process of our land closing this month.
