My mom had a plumbing issue in her kitchen. I called TED’S and the appointment and service was outstanding. The technician was LJ Lunsford. He was very professional and explained what the problem was. He also checked all other faucets and under the house for leaks. Everything was was left as he found it. I recommend TED’S for all plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs. LJ is a very professional person.
Ted’s HVAC responded quickly to my call, made the diagnosis of problem and completed the repair. Very pleased with this company and employee Sam Hall. Repair was for hot water heater.
I called after hours on a Friday upon arriving home and discovering my air conditioner was not working. Someone answered and took my information. He promptly called me back to tell me someone would be coming out tonight. Jose and Omar called and then arrived around 9:00. They were here until 10:00. Jose showed me pictures of what was wrong and of him flushing the line and what was in it. He did a great job of explaining things and educating me on ways to prevent it. We also discussed the service plans that can possibly prevent things like this. This is a great company. They have installed units for me and always done an awesome job. Thank you guys for your hard work.
