Sarah and her daughter at Spaw are exceptional! Our pup Watson had never been to a groomer, is a full of energy, 1.5 year old, talkative, 65lb and wiggly and excitable working collie. He also has a collie coat that we had not done a great job of taking care of so and I was worried about leaving him somewhere, so it was important to find a groomer to work with that. Sarah was amazing, she let me and Watson visit prior to his groom so he could meet her and see the place and then she made both him and me comfortable with everything! His coat was in way worse condition than first assumed, and Sarah worked miracles! He had to come back for a second day to finish up and when we got out of the car he was SOOOO excited to be back at Mrs. Sarah's! He came out looking so handsome, and with his coat in the most beautiful condition. Sarah did a wonderful job and we can't wait to go back. Another note, I was so embarrassed at the state of his coat, that we had not done a good job of maintaining it and Sarah never once made me feel bad about it!
