Came in for a simple urinalysis. After waiting for almost an hour, I had to relieve myself. Ask staff how much longer they expect the wait to be, “Well much longer now because you just went to the restroom.” Wild. Great representation of “healthcare professionals.” Couldn’t imagine paying any money to this place. Go somewhere with respectful staff.Edit: After an hour and a half wait I was seen by a lovely, most courteous nurse who apologized for the wait and misunderstanding with the receptionist. The wait was due to staffing issues which isn’t a big deal. Communication/courtesy on the front end can easily alleviate unnecessary stress.

WONDERFUL primary care practice! I have been going here ever since it was built. I have been seeing Tami Lee for many years. Her and the rest of the providers are absolutely wonderful to me and my family. I am always well taken care of!!! Thank you so much Roxboro Family!

I have been a patient at RFM since its start in Roxboro, NC. The medical staff has always been very caring and willing to take the time necessary to make me feel comfortable. I really appreciate all they have done for our community. The front office staff always is polite and professional. Even though there has been many changes to the office staff and medical staff over the many years they have been in Roxboro, the ownership has seemed to always make maintaining a giving back to, caring, competent and professional staff their main priority. Thanks for the effort and care you have provided me and my family over the years!!!
