We recently boarded our cat, Maggie while staying in the Outer Bank's. Maggie was well cared for by exceptional staff. We were so thankful to have our cat cared for while we enjoyed the beautiful Outer Bank’s.
We are so happy with our dog's experience here! I wish there were more places like this. We usually have a hard time finding a place to board our dog as he is reactive and has a bite history, but they knew exactly how to work with him and there were no issues at all! I could go on and on about how great this place is and how happy we are. My dog was so happy too and wasn't anxious when we picked him up at all! We will 1000% be boarding our dog here the next time we visit OBX.
Not sure what we would do without Hatteras Island Pet Resort. They have the best team, most responsive staff, and they LOVE animals. If I have ever had a question, I can always call them (if it’s not on their comprehensive website already) to ask. They are extremely responsive. Above all, my dog Cooper loves everyone there. It is a home away from home for my pup and I trust them wholeheartedly. Cooper is always so well groomed and cared for that he gets excited to go each summer.
