RP Nails receives mixed reviews from customers. Some report wonderful and friendly experiences, with staff described as nice, kind, and doing an amazing and beautiful job. Specific services like classic gel polish changes and pedicures are praised as great and amazing, with efficient service. However, another customer had a negative experience with a nail service, stating their nails were ruined and they were overcharged, noting that prices for nail services were not clearly posted. While some customers highly recommend the business and will definitely return, others state they will only return for specific services like pedicures.
I stumbled across RP Nails a few months ago. Their professionalism and now love for me is unreal. Take a trip up 1-40 and tell them Sandra sent you. Look for an experience like none other.
I have been coming here for over 5yrs and never been disappointed. The staff knows me and knows what I want soon as walk in the door...I never waited over 10 minutes for service...I recommend them to anyone looking for very professional service
I came in for a gel manicure and had the absolute pleasure of having Rich do my nails. He asked me each time he did a step if I was good with it. He took his time. He did not rush at all. He was also very personable. Everyone that was in there today working was so welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely be going back for all my manicures.
