Unfortunately we rented from them before seeing all of these bad reviews! Because low and behold 7 months into this property, paying 1k plus in rent, (never late) and it's just a mess...Electricity issues, plumbing issues...3wks on going with nothing but (broken promises)..actually thought the move from an apartment to a house would be better but nope...(these workers/agents are lazy and unprofessional. Beware of Rocky Mount rental agencies!)They're lairs and only concern with their own houses or they would repair they stuff but accordingto the other 1 star comments, I wasnt the only one....If I could take away that last star I would, not even worth 1star.

Doug is very unorganized and unprofessional with a nasty attitude! I was in the process of renting a townhouse out from them and when I came with my concerns about renting it out he says “if you are not going to be satisfied it’s best if you get your money back” instead of trying to fix the things that needs to be fixed. This company just wants to take your money and is a rip off! Also needs more than one maintenance guy tries to put the blame/work load on maintenance.

Carole Wilber is an awful realtor to work with. She misrepresented a home and breached a repair contract. She should lose her real estate license. I have filed a complaint with the NCREC and am in the process of taking legal action. I would NEVER recommend.
