Doug is very unorganized and unprofessional with a nasty attitude! I was in the process of renting a townhouse out from them and when I came with my concerns about renting it out he says “if you are not going to be satisfied it’s best if you get your money back” instead of trying to fix the things that needs to be fixed. This company just wants to take your money and is a rip off! Also needs more than one maintenance guy tries to put the blame/work load on maintenance.

Carole Wilber is an awful realtor to work with. She misrepresented a home and breached a repair contract. She should lose her real estate license. I have filed a complaint with the NCREC and am in the process of taking legal action. I would NEVER recommend.

Carole Wilber is the worst realtor. She misrepresented our the home that we purchased in order to get the sale. She said all of the plumbing was completed in and out of the house, yet it was not at all and we had problem after problem. We had a repair contract signed by the sellers that she was aware of and she had an unlicensed contractor complete work on the house the day before the closing (so we were unable to back out). She made promises and did not return phone calls, but instead stalled. I would advise to find a realtor you can TRUST!
