I recently hired Smithson, Inc. to design and draw plans for my commercial warehouse building in Rocky Mount, NC, and I’ve been extremely impressed with their team and process. From the beginning, they have been very patient with my questions and took the time to explain the details of the commercial building design and planning process.

Earl Reese and Michael Winstead have been outstanding to work with. They even came out to my building site to review the plans in detail and answer questions in person, which really shows their commitment to client service and getting the project right.

Richard was very helpful in answering my questions. I asked about several issues I noticed in a house that I am considering buying. I learned a bit about cracks in foundations and water damage to flooring. Thanks so much for the help!
