Previously I gave Monique 1 star before I called her to question her about my daughters sew in that I wasn't pleased with. After I contacted her she was more than willing to rectify the situation and stand behind her work. She fixed my daughters hair with the assistance of Joe. I appreciate their teamwork, their professionalism, and their chatacter throughout the entire process. I prejudged her before speaking with her about my concerns, my daughters hair came out a lot better and we are pleased with the outcome. We will definitely be going back and recommending others to this company. I apologize for labeling them as ghetto, they are highly professional and has treated my daughter and I with the utmost respect.
