“Austin stopped by house one evening and asked if he could inspect my roof for free. I was a little skeptical that it was a scheme, but he came down with pictures and video of problem areas on my roof. He said he would work with my insurance company to provide a complete roof replacement at no cost to me (except my insurance deductible). I was doubtful, but he made all the contacts, had my insurance adjuster out in a week and got me a full roof replacement!!! I was shocked. He walked me through the complete process.
Austin and all the contact people with CTR did an awesome job of communication and keeping me informed. I received multiple visits, texts and emails to keep me informed of progress and install date. That communication was critical to me! They did everything they said they would do and were always on time!!
The crew showed up at 5:30 am and got started once there was some light. They worked hard all day. Finished the installation @ 5:30 pm and then spent another hour cleaning my yard of ALL debris and roofing nails. They cleaned my yard really good and did an awesome job on the installation. Roof looks great!!!
