I can not say enough great things about this place. After our vet of over 6+ years failed us, we reached out to riverside. From the person I talked to on the phone, to the front desk, to the vet, to the vet tech, and the check out staff everyone was absolutely phenomenal. We finally felt seen and heard and cared for and I will be immediately switching both of our dogs here and taking the 40min drive every time.
First experience but will not be our last. They saw us as a walk in when our vet of over 13 years turned us away in an emergency situation. The staff and Doctor were caring, compassionate, thorough, and efficient. The cost was extremely reasonable for emergency services and they were up front with costs and treatment plan.
By far the best vet office around. They take care of your animals as if they were their own. The front desk girls are a pleasure to work with as well, especially Carly. She's a delight
