“Overall, very good experience. I suggest two things:1. Look up how to use decor to dampen the noise and echo in the front lobby. The noise adds to the animal's stress level.2. Train the assistants to keep the dogs on a short leash when they walk them to the back. An assistant carelessly let a large dog chew at my cat's carrier and terrified her.Other than that, I saw only good things and will definitely go back.“
