My toilet had a really bad clog that I just could not work out, so I called Mills Plumbing (my first time using them). The gentleman was very courteous on the phone, and arrived in a timely manner. After several weeks of trying to find a plumber, I called Mr Mills on a Sunday around 1:30pm. He said it would be either that day or monday, depending on how late he was on his previous job.He messaged and said it would be tommorow, because he didn't want to dig in the dark. It is now monday, he showed up before 9am, (after driving the hour it took to get here), dug the hole, replaced the line that needed repair, and it took less than an hour.In the time it took to repair, he was cordial, and a real joy to be around. He never sugar coated, and he never stopped working. Would use him again, and recommend him whole heartedly.
