I called this company on a late Sunday evening due to an emergency and they were out to my house the very next day troubleshooting my issue. Jason and team discovered it quickly and fixed my issues at A VERY VERY REASONABLE COST!! 5 STARS THEN SOME
I had an electrical problem starting Saturday night with some lights flickering, heat didn’t work and some appliances didn’t work I called John Barnes Sunday night, he came out Monday he pinpointed the problem quickly and they came back out today to fix the problem. A big thank you to John Barnes and his crew to help restore the issue and to get it back up and running. If you are in need of an electrician call John Barnes. If I have another problem I know who I will be contacting.
I had a problem with all my lights flickering in the house and some of the appliances not working like they should so I called and talked to Travis and he told me that I needed to call Duke Energy because it sounded like a problem on there end. After calling Duke and getting them out here it ended up being a problem on there end.Most electricans would come out and charge you hundreds of dollars to tell you that there is no problem but Travis was kind enough to tell me to do this and it saved me a lot of money that he could have pocketed.
