My daughter had a major surgery on this past Monday. We started working on getting equipment to help her with her recovery 3+ weeks ago, we completed all paperwork, we never received the equipment or even a phone call. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are committing Medicaid fraud. I left 4 messages and her care team left numerous messages and faxes. Please don’t trust these people with your health needs.

Worst company ever people really to need oxygen to breathe with and continue living !!! No one ever answer the phone!!! Patient haven’t received delivery of oxygen in almost 6months plus and when u go to the office they still don’t have oxygen need to be closed down

My husband broke his hip on October 8, 2025. On approximately October 11, he was transferred to Bryant T. Aldridge Rehab Center. He was discharged and came home on Thursday, October 23. On the morning of his discharge, Ideal Home Medical (OWNED BY ROTECH HEALTHCARE, INC, out of Orlando FL ), delivered a wheelchair (ordered by the Physical Therapists). We left shortly after, so my husband didn’t spend much time in the wheelchair until the next day, October 24. He quickly noticed that the legs on the wheelchair felt significantly too short for him. We tried everything we could think of, but were not able to make them longer … they appear to be set at the longest setting....read full review
