It's Feb 2026, and my husband has been trying to get his CPAP machine since Sept 2025. They repeatedly lost the prescription, didn't answer the phone, etc. He finally got a copy, and I delivered it personally. I stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes while three employees talked to each other and ignored me. It's an open office, so I was looking right at them. They repeatedly looked at me but did not so much as say hello. When I was finally acknowledged, the lady said someone would call him the next day. No surprise, no phone call. It's been a week. The doctor is writing a new prescription for Respacare. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

This is the worst healthcare I have ever seen. My client have been waiting on a chair for six weeks. They loss the first prescription had to get another one. And now it’s been over a month. Every time I call them they have some kind of excuse! Please never use this place!

My daughter had a major surgery on this past Monday. We started working on getting equipment to help her with her recovery 3+ weeks ago, we completed all paperwork, we never received the equipment or even a phone call. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are committing Medicaid fraud. I left 4 messages and her care team left numerous messages and faxes. Please don’t trust these people with your health needs.
