Dogs Only Grooming Service is a locally owned and operated groomer with over 40 years of experience. It offers a full range of services for all breeds, including baths, clips, dips, toenail trimming, and ear cleaning. The groomer is amazing, professional, and does an expert job. Dogs, even those with anxiety, do well there. The facilities are always very clean and fresh smelling. Dogs come home clean, fresh smelling, and groomed to look like they are in a dog show, as the groomer knows the proper way to groom most breeds according to show standards. The groomer is smart, sharp, organized, and very reasonable with pricing. Pickup and delivery in the Rocky Mount area is also offered. Many customers are more than pleased and highly recommend it, considering it the best groomer in the Nashville/Rocky Mount area and will not take their dogs to anyone else. It is open Monday through Friday and accepts cash or check only.
My Yorkie (Future) had a great grooming experience. He was cut just the way I wanted . He felt very comfortable when picked up , yes transportation. Will definitely use again and already told my daughter about it and she will be taking his brother Storm.
My shih tzu had never been clipped before.
She is six months old and has anxiety. I was so worried when I left her but was so pleased when I saw her. She looks beautiful.

I have been taking my dogs to Carla for the last 4 or 5 years regularly. We have 4 little dogs we take on a schedule (2 others who only need to go every few months). She is smart, sharp and organized. Very professional! She has always done an expert job! My dogs are always clean, fresh smelling & have a cut that looks like they’re in a dog show! Her facilities are always fresh smelling & very clean too! My dogs seem content to go to Carla’s (but of course are happy to see mommy when I pick them up) She is also very reasonable with her pricing! That means a lot in today’s economy.
