From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted with a friendly hello and smile. I am treated with caring and patience during all of check in. Wait time is never more than 10 minutes. Dr. Martin's staff is friendly, kind and caring. Dr Martin is very kind and has a very good personality that immediately makes you feel good and you know you are in good hands. He asks questions and listens and also answers questions very thoroughly. I could not ask for a better doctor.
Yes he's the best when it comes to caring about his patient! Whatever you need he definitely will try his best to get it for you if it's dealing with his medical practice! He shows real compassion for his patient in and out of the office now that's what I call a respectful doctor!!
I called requesting an appointment for urgent care and received one with with Dr. Martin. The entire team - front desk, PA, x-ray tech, and Dr. Martin - were are very warm and cordial. The problem was immediately diagnosed and treatment given. Totally satisfied with the entire experience.
