Our septic system light and alarm started going off on a Sunday afternoon. I called Boswell & Son on Monday and Tuesday morning they were out pumping the tank and inspecting everything. Initially they thought I would need a new pump, floats, and fuses. Blake came out and inspected it and discovered I needed a new panel box and wiring. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me what was needed. He answered questions for me, and said they would be out as soon as possible, but that it was okay to do laundry and wash dishes, etc. They came out on the Monday before Thanksgiving and had us up and running. We had issues with our septic tank. I called Boswell & Son , they came out to take a look and were able to fix the problem (needed new floaters) just 2 days later. Everyone was very friendly, on time and explained everything to me. Very happy with this business !
I highly recommend Boswell & Son! We had an emergency with our septic tank and they were able to work us into their busy schedule. Very polite, informative, and reasonably priced.
