On time, courteous, keeps me updated on the project. It’s been a smooth process. The crew have been very patient with me asking questions and waiting on my decisions to be made. This salon is like "coming home" for me. You feel like you are visiting with friends. This hair salon is awesome!! Becky and her daughter Jenna are kind, compassionate people. Very talented in coloring your hair or a blow out and some women come in for roller sets. I go for a coloring and cut and style. They do an excellent job and are great to help you with whatever cut., style you may be looking for.They offer many services like waxing your brows, face, or whatever. Very creative in her cuts and colors, trying to think about your features and how likely you can create the cut and style once your home. Very important!!. I just love Becky and her daughter, Jenna. They are both great. I lost my husband in July 2021 and they are so accommodating for what I'm going through. That means alot!!!

I got Todd to come all the way to Charlotte to do my flooring in my foyer with LVP. It is gorgeous! they did a great install job and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I really love it! he also has lots of samples in the shop in Rockwell. Well worth it! highly recommend!

From the first phone call Frank was very responsive and knowledgeable. Ryan came out to fix our sediment issues and knew exactly what to do. His knowledge is well beyond his years.He walked me through the issues we were having and the corrections that needed to be made. I appreciate how Ryan walked me through every step without some pushy commission based sales tactic to try and buy some crazy expensive water treatment system when not needed.I feel you do not get this type of service with the larger companies.They also worked on my Dads well and he had a very positive experience as well.I will definitely be calling them if we have any other issues with our well.
It's an amazing comfort to know Carolina Pipe Cleaning is who they are. In the 3 years I've been here, I've had two plumbing emergencies. Both times, I got such genuinely concerned service on the phone followed by sane day repair. I've had two emergency and one nonemergency services, and every time, I've felt safe with the team members in my home, they were polite, warm and I'm always relieved how reasonable pricing is. It's almost unreal to find a company that cares this much about it's customers. I'm so thankful!
