Witherspoon Heating and Cooling is a reputable business known for their experience and commitment to customer satisfaction. In situations where repairs are needed, they have proven to be timely and thorough. They have fixed issues such as an old unit cracking a pipe, a furnace/central air requiring repairs multiple times, and a unit that wouldn't shut off. Despite the challenges, they have maintained reasonable prices and quick response times. Their professionalism and dedication to resolving problems have earned them high recommendations from their clients.
Neil and his son came out to fix my 30 year old unit. No pressure at all to replace it even though we talked about it and agreed it will be soon before it is needed. Professional and very nice would be an understatement. This company and these two in particular have earned my business for all future needs. I can’t possibly thank them enough and you are lucky to have two awesome employees in your company.
We woke up at 6am today, Saturday no less, (07/12/2025) to our thermostat being wonky and our air blowing hot. It’s a 90 degree day. We called for help by 11am once we realized our knowledge wasn’t fixing anything. They were out within 2hrs and had us back up and running with AC in less than an hour. Never have I EVER been so grateful. Everywhere else we called told us we’d have to wait until Monday. They will have our business anytime we need HVAC work moving forward.
They came promptly to look at our old unit and gave their professional recommendations. 3 different options to choose from. And offered financing if needed. I had my unit ordered and installed within a week. Thanks!
