Learning the do’s and don’t about using the equipments.

I had a super positive experience at this location. While waiting on my load over at the chicken plant, I decided to head over to this location to get a workout in and a shower. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Aj. I would give his Level of hospitality, 2 thumbs, and 2 toes up! He was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of the locker rooms, massage chairs and cardio equipment. The gym was cleaner than most and well organized. The shower was hot enough, spotless, and a nice waterfall shower head. Definitely nicer than the truck-stop showers. Never crowded when I'm there. Very friendly manager, A.J. 30 minute circuit is very fun thanks to Joanie. People I've met have become friends and that is worth every penny, every machine and every pain!
