have never in my life seen such exceptional service in ANY industry. My family and I were on vacation when my upstairs HVAC system failed and destroyed the insulation and ceiling in my baby’s room. I made one phone call to Servpro of Roanoke Rapids and within a few minutes they were already there. We arrived home yesterday and if I didn’t know or hadn’t seen it before. I would’ve never knew it even happened! The whole crew from the owner to the finishers were the MOST professional and courtesy people I’ve ever had to deal with. Over the weekend we started to get an odd odor from our vents, we figured maybe a critter was stuck so we called Servpro to come save our day! Dylan came to assist with no hesitation. He was patient, kind and professional! He was able to stick a camera in our vents and found a snake🤯 also removed it. Thank you Servpro and Dylan for helping out! Does Servpro help with selling houses that are taken over by snakes? Lol
