As with most services, your experience is largely based on yourself. Having said that, I've had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors, nurses, and PAs here. I have been seeing Dr. Jack for nearly 10 years and I would recommend him to anyone. He's my go-to before dealing with any of my other doctors/specialists. My only complaint would be that there needs to be better communication between doctors so they are as up-to-date as possible. This isn't an issue with RHG so much as it is with all doctors, so I cannot fault them for this. I am a patient here and have been here for many years now. Dr. Fiorilli is the best doctor I have ever had. I am honored the privilege of knowing and having him to take care of my health issues! He is a brilliant man to say the least and I respect him greatly. He is so empathetic to his patients needs, and gives 100% in finding their diagnosis and the numerous comorbidities that may go along with them. I sincerely cannot thank him enough!
