I was seen quickly by the nurse for info gathering followed shortly by the PA who I had an appointment with. She quickly said I had been misdiagnosed by my previous doctor at my family doctors office. She suggested an alternative treatment since my previous treatment was just masking my symptoms. A follow up was scheduled in 3 weeks and it went well with me showing signs of improvement. She had me go to LabCorp for a liver test. She refilled the meds she had prescribed and scheduled a follow up in 4 weeks. I have been very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. The phone wait time is a problem I can deal with.

The Polley Clinic staff, nurse, and doctor was the best today for my first visit there. They made me feel so comfortable and the doctor explained to everything that needed to be done to fix my problem. Thank you so much Roanoke Rapids Polley Clinic.

I was treated in a timely fashion. Dr. Mike and his team were kind and helpful. He explained everything to me and had great bed side manner. I am a Veteran so It was nice to be treated by another Veteran.
