Ideal Pet Care provides excellent care for pets with a professional, friendly, and caring staff. They offer reasonably priced and efficient services. While some customers have experienced minor issues with desk staff, the vets and technicians are awesome and accommodating, even going above and beyond to ensure timely care for pets in need. Customers highly recommend this place, praising the friendly and helpful staff, affordable prices, and great advice. The office is described as fantastic, with unmatched customer service and a team that truly cares about the pets.
Ideal pet care is a welcoming environment. The staff are incredible. They are polite and helpful, and they go out of their way to make you and your pets feel comfortable. The Dr's truly care about your pet, and aren't generally focused on a cash grab like so many other veterinarians in the area. They are by far the cheapest and most affordable veterinarians in the area. The building is clean, and obviously taken care of by the staff. I am so happy we found this place. Thank you so very much.
10/10 Recommend! My Pomeranian had to have dental surgery for the 1st time (I think I was more nervous than her), and they made the process so easy going! They called me right after surgery to let me know how she did, and called to check in on her the next day too! They also have the sweetest staff ever, who will answer any questions/needs you have! Highly recommend!!!?
