Brought in my own keys to be programmed and even though it took a while because my car was being weird, the friendly and helpful folks at Waldo’s did everything possible make sure i left with two new keys!
I accidentally locked the keys to my girlfriend's 2010 inside (fortunately at home) the prior Saturday. Waldo's isn't open on the weekend, so called Monday afternoon. Dispatcher Katelynn said she could have someone come by in about half an hour. She followed up with a call in a short while that someone would be there in about 10 minutes. PJ (the technician) pulled in right as promised in a well-labeled van. I met him and confirmed the work, and he dug right in. Unsuccessful at 'picking' the lock, he resorted to an older method of partially forcing the passenger door open, and reaching in with a long, thick wire to pull the handle. Very fast, very professional and pleasant dispatch service, and the same goes for the field agent sent to help be get in my vehicle. Will be the first call I make if there’s a next time in the area of Danville Va.
